Almost Tea Time

Saturday morning again, (where did the week go???) and 5 1/2 hours until our tea party. It's an afternoon affair with ladies only...and this is our 17th year! As of the current rsvp we will have 60 women attending. Lots of homemade yummy sweets - my mother is an awesome cook - and having "sampled" several different desserts I've now sworn off sugar for the rest of my life :-) I personally made 12 dozen cookies, one divine cheesecake and last but not least... one authentic English Trifle!

Must go now, lots to do before the ladies show up. Stay tuned...
